Stir-fry:
Heat oil, add some diced Garlic/Shallotsuntil golden.
Add the chopped vegetables, stir-fry until soft.
Add some salt and pepper. Ready to Serve! ✨
Steam:
Put a cup water into a pot, heat until boiling.
Add the chopped vegetables, oil, salt, pepper and Garlic/Shallots until it boils again. Place in a serving dish.
Drop some lemon juice or balsamic vinegar. Ready to Serve! 🎉
Soup (warm you up in a cold day)🍜:
Put water into a pot, heat until boiling.
Add the chopped vegetables, oil, salt, pepper and Garlic/Shallots/mushrooms until it boils again.
Add an egg, mix it.
Place in a serving bowl.
